1er RE: Exercice Vaillant 2017 | French Foreign Legion Information

In early November, the 1st Foreign Regiment (1er RE) conducted its annual three-day military exercise called Vaillant. The exercise took place at Laudun (southeastern France) and administrative units’ legionnaires of the 1er RE were involved in.

Legionnaires of the Legion’s headquarters with home base at Aubagne (close to Marseille) had to keep/improve their level of military tactic capabilities even if they are occupied commonly with administrative tasks within their regiment.
