Central African Republic: 2e REP, 2e REI

Videos launched by the French Foreign Legion, captured in the Central African Republic (CAR) in September 2014. They show legionnaires from the 2nd Foreign Parachute Regiment (2e REP) and 2nd Foreign Infantry Regiment (2e REI) doing their job during Operation Sangaris, taking place in this African country.

In the first video we can see legionnaires from the 4th Company of 2e REP (Sniping and demolitions Company), patroling in Bangui, the capital of CAR.

In the second video, they are legionnaires from the detachment of 3rd Company, 2e REI patroling near their forward operating base, located in the village of Dekoa, 250 km (155 miles) north of Bangui.
