VBCI: Armored Infantry Fighting Vehicle | French Foreign Legion Information

The Foreign Legion published another presentation of the VBCI, an armored infantry fighting vehicle, which would replace the old-fashioned VAB, used since the early 1980’s. The shorter clip shows the specifications of the new French armored vehicle designed and equipped to transport a combat infantry squad.

A month ago, the 2nd Foreign Infantry Regiment (2e REI) also published its own, interesting, and much longer videoclip to present the new vehicle. The regiment has been the first unit of the Foreign Legion to be equipped with the VBCI.
