See a nice video showing the Foreign Legion Music (MLE) while performing the instrumental main theme of the popular fantasy TV series Game of Thrones. Another nice video shows the same musicians of the French Foreign Legion marching and playing in France’s Cannes last weekend.
The Foreign Legion Music (the official name of this exeptional military band) playing the main theme of Game of Thrones at the Place d’Armes (military parade ground) of the 1er RE in Aubagne, their home base.
Last Saturday, April 13, the same musicians were invited by Foreign Legion veterans of Cannes (on the French Riviera, in the southeast corner of France) to perform in the city in support of coming Camerone Day (April 30), marking the famous 1863 Battle of Camerone and the most important holiday of the Foreign Legion.
