Between 10 and 14 of February 2014, the legionnaires from the 1st and 5th Company of the 2nd Foreign Infantry Regiment (2e REI) of the Foreign Legion were testing the new gas masks of the MISTRAL system, which completes the modern French infantry combat system FÉLIN, have been used in 2e REI since 2012.
Firing with a new Famas – FELIN
The French Army is adopting a new version of its assault rifle Famas – system FELIN. The new system FELIN is trying also by soldiers of the French Foreign Legion. Specifically by the 2nd Foreign Infantry Regiment (2e REI). See the videos.
