Between 16th and 17th of January 2014, during a heavy rain, legionnaires from all companies of the 1st Foreign Engineer Regiment (1er REG), did the traditional regimental march to train their military and topography skills.

After 50 km (31 miles) of marching with a night break, they returned to the regiment before lunch to make a cohesiveness regimental BBQ.
