Thus, the head of the Sports Office of the 1st Foreign Regiment (1er RE) presents you a workout called “Flash” that is adapted for legionnaires in combat conditions when they have no time to waste. Compact and ultra-efficient, the 10 minute workout fits into even the busiest of schedules.
The workout strengthen your arms, legs, core. You have one minute for each move including the following rest. Repeat three series of three different moves, and combine them in the last minute. As Major Gérald reminds, you can use this workout anywhere you want and the best time to perform it is usually in the evening, before you take a shower. Enjoy.
