The legionnaires from 4th Squadron, 1er REC participated in a training exercise with the MILAN anti-tank guided missiles at Camp of La Courtine, a large military camp in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region of central France. Selected legionnaires in all operational regiments of the Foreign Legion go through a MILAN course to be able to support their unit as anti-tank elements.
